Product Overview
The DeltaLift 1-3.8 Ton Petrol/LPG Forklift range is designed for businesses that need versatile material handling with the choice of petrol or LPG operation, subject to the selected model and quoted configuration. Seven model choices allow buyers to match the forklift to the required load capacity while also considering machine width, wheelbase and turning space.
The range starts with compact CPQD15 and CPQD18 models for loads up to 1,500 kg and 1,800 kg. It then progresses through 2,000 kg, 2,500 kg, 3,000 kg and 3,500 kg options to the CPQD38 with a rated capacity of 3,800 kg. Across the range, the 500 mm load centre provides a consistent basis for comparing rated capacities.
An LCD display gives the operator a clear central view of key machine information. The CPQD15 and CPQD18 are listed with Nissan K15 engine options, while the CPQD20 through CPQD38 are listed with Nissan K25 engines. Delta Heavy Equipment can help assess the load, operating environment, fuel preference and available space before preparing a quotation.
- Loading and unloading palletised goods from vehicles.
- Moving materials between receiving, storage, production and dispatch areas.
- Handling stock and equipment in yards, warehouses and other operating areas where the selected fuel type is permitted and ventilation is suitable.
- Supporting routine pallet movement in logistics, distribution, retail, manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Handling heavier loads where the selected model, attachment and mast configuration are correctly rated.
Configuration
Each quotation should identify the selected forklift model and its agreed configuration. The final scope should state the rated capacity, petrol/LPG fuel arrangement, engine, mast and lift-height configuration, fork dimensions, tyres, attachments, safety equipment and any optional accessories included in the price.
Delta Heavy Equipment can assist with model selection and quotation based on the site and application requirements. Where maintenance, parts, operator familiarisation, delivery or other support services are required, these should be listed clearly in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.
Safety and Operating Suitability
Only trained and authorised operators should use the forklift. The machine must be operated within the rated capacity shown on its data plate and in accordance with the applicable operator manual and site rules. Capacity can be affected by lift height, load centre, mast type and attachments, so the final configuration must be reviewed as a complete system.
Before use, confirm that the operating surface, gradients, clearances, ventilation, traffic controls, fuel handling and load-handling procedures are suitable for a petrol/LPG forklift. LPG cylinders and petrol must be stored, handled and changed or refuelled only in accordance with approved procedures, applicable regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions. Site-specific risk assessments, pre-use inspections and maintenance requirements remain essential.
