The DeltaLift 1.5-2 Ton Three-Wheel Lithium-Ion Forklift range is designed for operations that need compact electric material handling in indoor environments where manoeuvrability is important. Four models provide rated capacities from 1,500 kg to 2,000 kg, all based on a 500 mm load centre and an 80V lithium-ion platform.
The CPD15SQ and CPD16SQ both have a minimum outside turning radius of 1,545 mm, while the CPD18SQ and CPD2000 have a turning radius of 1,675 mm. These compact dimensions make the range a practical option for suitable warehouses, production areas and other applications with tighter turning space. The catalogue lists a maximum lifting height of 6,000 mm across all four models, subject to the selected mast and final configuration.
The range uses lithium-ion LiFePO4 battery technology and is available with ZAPI or eMotion controller options. A lithium-ion smart charger is shown in the catalogue, while the wide-view mast is designed to support forward visibility around the load-handling area. Each quotation should identify the selected forklift model and its agreed configuration. The final scope should state the rated capacity, battery voltage and capacity, charger type and electrical-input requirements, controller, mast and lift-height configuration, fork dimensions, tyres, attachments, safety equipment and any optional accessories included in the price.

Only trained and authorised operators should use the forklift. The machine must be operated within the rated capacity shown on its data plate and in accordance with the applicable operator manual and site rules. Capacity can be affected by lift height, load centre, mast type and attachments, so the final configuration must be reviewed as a complete system.
Use only the approved battery and compatible charger specified for the forklift. Charging areas, electrical supply, cable routing and emergency procedures must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable site requirements. Do not operate or charge a battery that shows impact damage, abnormal heat, swelling, leakage, unusual odour or other signs of damage. A three-wheel forklift should only be used on suitable surfaces and within the site’s approved operating and stability limits.
