Product Overview

The DeltaLift 1.5-3.8 Ton Lithium-Ion Battery Forklift range is designed for businesses that need electrically powered material handling across a broad spread of load capacities. Seven models allow buyers to select a forklift rated from 1,500 kg to 3,800 kg while keeping the same 500 mm load centre and 80V battery platform across the range.

The range starts with the CPD15 and CPD18 for rated loads of 1,500 kg and 1,800 kg. It then progresses through 2,000 kg, 2,500 kg, 3,000 kg and 3,500 kg options to the CPD38 with a rated capacity of 3,800 kg. The catalogue lists a maximum lifting height of 6,000 mm for every model, subject to the selected mast and final configuration.

The specified lithium-ion chemistry is LiFePO4. A lithium-ion smart charger is available, and a freezer version can be supplied where the quoted configuration is suitable for the intended cold-storage environment. Delta Heavy Equipment can help assess the load, lift height, operating conditions, charging access and application before preparing a quotation.

Why it matters
Allows buyers to choose a forklift rated from 1,500 kg to 3,800 kg.
All listed models use the same nominal battery voltage.
The catalogue identifies lithium iron phosphate battery technology.
Provides a charger option designed for the specified battery system.
Allows cold-storage requirements to be considered during configuration.
Provides mast options for applications that require elevated pallet placement.
Practical outcome
A closer match between the forklift and the loads it needs to handle.
A consistent electrical platform across the range, subject to model-specific battery capacity.
A clearly defined battery chemistry for technical review and site approval.
Supports a matched charging setup when the charger and site supply are correctly specified.
A route to selecting a machine intended for approved low-temperature applications.
Supports a wider range of stacking and storage requirements, subject to residual-capacity checks.

Configuration

Each quotation should identify the selected forklift model and its agreed configuration. The final scope should state the rated capacity, battery voltage and capacity, charger type and electrical-input requirements, mast and lift-height configuration, fork dimensions, tyres, attachments, freezer-version requirements, safety equipment and any optional accessories included in the price.

Delta Heavy Equipment can assist with model selection and quotation based on the site and application requirements. Where delivery, commissioning, operator familiarisation, maintenance, parts, battery support or other services are required, these should be listed clearly in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.

Safety and Operating Suitability

Only trained and authorised operators should use the forklift. The machine must be operated within the rated capacity shown on its data plate and in accordance with the applicable operator manual and site rules. Capacity can be affected by lift height, load centre, mast type and attachments, so the final configuration must be reviewed as a complete system.

Use only the approved battery and compatible charger specified for the forklift. Charging areas, electrical supply, cable routing and emergency procedures must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable site requirements. Do not operate or charge a battery that shows impact damage, abnormal heat, swelling, leakage, unusual odour or other signs of damage. Cold-storage use must be based on the approved freezer-version configuration and site-specific operating procedures.
