Product Overview

The DeltaLift 2-3.5 Ton i-Series Automated Guided Forklift range combines counterweight forklift architecture with autonomous laser navigation. The catalogue positions the range for indoor and outdoor use in factories, workshops and warehouses, with two models rated at 2,000 kg and 3,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre.

Both models are listed with a maximum lifting height of 5,500 mm and a maximum travelling speed of 7 km/h. Minimum turning radius is 1,720 mm on the CPD20SQ-AGV1A1LI and 1,920 mm on the CPD35SQ-AGV1A1LI. The catalogue lists machine weights of 3,300 kg and 5,300 kg respectively, together with 5G/WiFi communication, laser navigation, counterweight typology and ZAPI or Inmotion controller options.

Both models use 80V lithium-ion LiFePO4 battery systems. The 2-tonne model is specified at 80V/150 Ah, while the 3.5-tonne model is specified at 80V/404 Ah. The final quotation should confirm the selected model and all charging, automation, communication, software and site-integration requirements that are not defined in the catalogue.

Why it matters
Provides rated options of 2,000 kg and 3,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre.
The catalogue identifies laser navigation as the AGV navigation technology.
The automated platform is specified with 5G/WiFi communication.
Both models use 80V lithium-ion LiFePO4 batteries with model-specific Ah capacity.
The catalogue lists two controller options for the range.
The range is specified as counterweight type with a 5,500 mm maximum lifting height.

Practical outcome
Allows the capacity class to be selected around the intended load requirement.
Provides the specified navigation basis for autonomous operation, subject to the final site design.
Allows the communication environment to be planned around the listed system requirement.
Provides clearly defined battery specifications for model selection and technical review.
Allows the final controller configuration to be confirmed as part of the quoted system.
Supports consideration for automated handling and stacking within the confirmed capacity and site limits.

Configuration

Each quotation should identify the selected i-Series AGV model and its confirmed configuration. At minimum, the final scope should state rated capacity, battery voltage and capacity, controller selection, navigation configuration, communication requirements, mast and lift-height configuration, fork specification and any charging, software, commissioning or site-integration items included in the supply.

The catalogue identifies the core platform specifications but does not define the complete standard-supply package. Any charger, software licence, network interface, safety equipment, weather-protection requirements, commissioning, training, maintenance, parts support or other services should therefore be listed explicitly in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.

Safety and Operating Suitability

The supplied catalogue does not include approved safety or compliance information for autonomous operation. Before publication or deployment, obtain manufacturer-approved documentation covering the machine’s safety devices, emergency-stop functions, warning systems, operating-zone requirements, manual or recovery controls, indoor and outdoor operating limits and any applicable standards or certifications.

Do not publish unverified claims about collision avoidance, person or obstacle detection, functional safety, unattended-operation conditions, cybersecurity, sensor performance, weather resistance, ingress protection or compliance. The final product page should reflect the approved operator, safety and integration documentation once these materials are available.
