Product Overview

The DeltaLift 3-5 Ton Rough Terrain Forklift range is designed for material handling in outdoor and uneven-ground applications where a conventional warehouse forklift may not be suitable. Three models cover rated capacities of 3,000 kg, 3,500 kg and 5,000 kg, giving operations a choice between mid-capacity and heavier-duty handling requirements.

The CPCD30 and CPCD35 use the Mitsubishi S4S engine and are rated at 3,000 kg and 3,500 kg respectively, both at a 500 mm load centre. The CPCD50 is rated at 5,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre and uses the Mitsubishi S6S engine. The catalogue lists a maximum lifting height of 4,800 mm across all three models.

The range is available in either 2WD or 4WD. The most suitable drive configuration depends on the site surface, traction requirements, gradients, travel distances and weather exposure. Configuration

Each quotation should identify the selected model and agreed configuration. The final scope should state the drive system, engine, mast and lift height, fork dimensions, tyres, attachment requirements, operator-protection equipment, lighting and any optional accessories included in the price.

Safety and Operating Suitability

Only trained and authorised operators should use the forklift. The machine must be operated within the rated capacity shown on its data plate and in accordance with the operator manual, site traffic plan and applicable safety requirements. Capacity can be affected by load centre, lift height, mast type and attachments.

Before operation, inspect the ground route and confirm that the surface can support the loaded machine. Avoid unsafe slopes, unstable edges, deep ruts, loose ground and side gradients outside the approved limits. Seat restraints and installed operator-protection systems must be used correctly. Never assume that 4WD makes an unsafe route acceptable.
