Product Overview

The DeltaLift 4-5 Ton Diesel Forklift range is designed for heavier material-handling duties where capacity, stability and robust diesel performance are required. The CPCD40, CPCD45 and CPCD50 provide rated capacities of 4,000 kg, 4,500 kg and 5,000 kg respectively, all at a 500 mm load centre.

All listed models use the Mitsubishi S6S engine and share a 2,100 mm wheelbase, 2,350 mm overhead-guard height and 1,530 mm overall width. The catalogue lists a maximum lifting height of 6,000 mm, allowing the final mast to be selected around the site and stacking requirement.

The range is suited to operations that need a conventional counterbalance forklift for heavier palletised loads, loading and unloading, production support and yard handling on suitable surfaces. Delta Heavy Equipment can assess the load, lift height, manoeuvring space and operating environment before preparing the quotation.

Configuration

Each quotation should identify the selected model and final configuration. The scope should state the engine, mast and lift height, fork dimensions, tyres, hydraulic controls, attachment requirements, operator-protection equipment, lighting, alarms and any optional accessories included in the price.

Delta Heavy Equipment can assist with model selection, quotation and after-sales requirements. Delivery, commissioning, operator familiarisation, maintenance, parts and other services should be shown clearly in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.

Safety and Operating Suitability

Only trained and authorised operators should use the forklift. The machine must be operated within the rated capacity shown on its data plate and according to the operator manual, site traffic plan and applicable safety requirements. Capacity can reduce as lift height, load centre and attachment offset increase.

Before operation, inspect the forklift and route, confirm that the floor or yard surface can support the loaded machine, secure the load and use the installed seat restraint and operator-protection systems correctly. Diesel exhaust must be managed through suitable ventilation and site controls.
