Product Overview

The DeltaLift 5-10 Ton Diesel Forklift range is designed for heavier material-handling duties where substantial rated capacity, stable counterbalance handling and diesel performance are required. The six listed models provide capacities of 5,000 kg, 6,000 kg, 7,000 kg, 8,000 kg, 9,000 kg and 10,000 kg, all rated at a 600 mm load centre.

The CPCD50 to CPCD70 models share a 2,400 mm wheelbase and 2,044 mm overall width. The CPCD80, CPCD90 and CPCD100 increase in size to suit higher capacities, with model-specific wheelbases, widths and turning radii. The catalogue lists the Isuzu 6BG1 engine across the range and a maximum lifting height of 7,000 mm.

This range can support heavy palletised goods, industrial materials, machinery components and other substantial loads on suitable, load-bearing surfaces. Delta Heavy Equipment can assess the load, lift height, site access, turning space and operating conditions before preparing a quotation.

Why it matters
Provides models from 5,000 kg to 10,000 kg.
A common listed engine platform across the full range.
Provides mast options for elevated load placement.
Presents key machine information in the operator area.
Each capacity class has defined manoeuvring measurements.
Provides a consistent catalogue rating basis across the range.

Practical outcome
Allows the forklift to be matched more closely to the actual load requirement.
Supports consistent technical review and service planning across models.
Supports stacking and loading tasks, subject to residual-capacity checks.
Helps the operator monitor machine status during use.
Supports site-access, aisle and yard-space assessment before purchase.
Supports correct comparison when the actual load dimensions and attachments are known.

Configuration

Each quotation should identify the selected model and final configuration. The scope should state the engine, mast and lift height, fork dimensions, tyres, hydraulic controls, attachment requirements, operator-protection equipment, lighting, alarms and any optional accessories included in the price.

Delta Heavy Equipment can assist with model selection, quotation and after-sales requirements. Delivery, commissioning, operator familiarisation, maintenance, parts and other services should be shown clearly in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.

Safety and Operating Suitability

Only trained and authorised operators should use the forklift. The machine must be operated within the rated capacity shown on its data plate and according to the operator manual, site traffic plan and applicable safety requirements. Capacity can reduce as lift height, load centre and attachment offset increase.

Before operation, inspect the forklift and route, confirm that floors, yards, ramps, loading areas and transport decks can support the loaded machine, secure the load and use the installed seat restraint and operator-protection systems correctly. Diesel exhaust must be managed through suitable ventilation and site controls.
